原建筑群整体形象偏老旧，缺乏统一、鲜明的产业规划，揽客能力弱，人群流量偏少。此次改造，我们希望充分利用已有的自然资源，塑造功能完备的主题式产业综合体，打造威士忌小镇综合配套，盘活现有闲置资产，带动片区持续升级。
The overall image of the original building complex is outdated, lacking unified and distinct industrial planning, weak customer acquisition ability, and low crowd flow. In this renovation, we hope to fully utilize existing natural resources, shape a fully functional themed industrial complex, create comprehensive supporting facilities for whiskey towns, activate existing idle assets, and drive the continuous upgrading of the area.
本次改造通过三大策略达到升级产业、带动发展的目标： 体现建筑在地性，让建筑与自然产生联系，开放交融。 统一主题下设置复合多元的业态，提供丰富的文创滨海度假体验场景。 片区形象和功能整体改造升级，在威士忌小镇主题下体验完整产业链，多方位感受威士忌文化、消费威士忌产品。
This renovation aims to upgrade industries and drive development through three major strategies: reflecting the local characteristics of buildings, connecting them with nature, and promoting openness and integration. Set up complex and diverse business formats under a unified theme, providing rich cultural and creative coastal vacation experience scenes. The overall transformation and upgrading of the image and functions of the area, experiencing the complete industrial chain under the theme of whisky town, and experiencing whisky culture and consuming whisky products from multiple perspectives.
